A lot of people have now created websites similar to mine, so I decided to highlight one a week. It's my way of "passing the buck" to more people in need... I still get about 50,000 hits a week, but I don't need any more money. BUT other people do, so every week I will hightlight a new person who has created a website asking for help for something. I will give some bucks to each person that I highlight, and if you like their story and understand their plea, then maybe you can give them a buck or two too. AND ONE MORE THING... there is no way for me to tell if these people are real or are just giving me and you some bogus story. So don't go holding me responsible if they're fibbing. But I hope someone wouldn't do that. |

WEEK 39'S PASS THE BUCKER... SAVING-MY-CAT-SOCKS! The cat chose this one. He's a sucker or a female cat in distress. Socks is a GIRL cat who needs a new kidney. The kidney and the operation are $7,000. Pricey. Socks is really cute and wears cute sweaters. So give a buck or two if you can and help save socks' life. The chick who started this website co-signed for a student loan for her sister (who she refers to as dumb bitch) and you guessed it - the DB dropped out and high-tailed it out of town, leaving her sister with the bill. Now I'll admit I've never been super-responsible, BUT I'd never leave my sister holding the bag for a $6,500 loan. So help a good sister out. Or just check out the website to get frequent DB updates! WEBSITE NO LONGER UP AND RUNNING WEEK 37'S PASS THE BUCKER... HELP SAVE DEB! Okay, sheer persistence alone should be the reason I picked Deb, but it's not - she's also kind of funny! Deb owes $30,000 and - you guessed it - she's asking for your help paying it off. Her website is pretty cool, you can ask her for advice and evrything. Check her out. Give her a few bucks. She needs it! WEBSITE NO LONGER UP AND RUNNING WEEK 35'S PASS THE BUCKER... I'VE PICKED TWO! MAIL ME A DOLLAR! LADIES YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE ME FOR THIS ONE! HUNKY GUY WITHOUT HIS SHIRT ON! Meet Andrew. Andrew is cute. He really gives that Brian from "Help Out Brian" a run for his money. But I didn't pick Andrew because he's cute. I picked him because of his email. This is what he said: "Not everyone was run over by a car, or going to seminary school, or studying to be an EMT. There are still average joes out there that got into bad credit card debt, just by being normal - and not being wise with their money. Reels Not Heels is a website set up by a hooker looking to pay off some bills - a bass hooker that is, not a "hooker" hooker. Yep, the creator says she's a "115 pound ass-kicking bass fisher woman." As is she fishes for real bass fish. Can you tell I'm not much into fishing? Anywho, you have to check her site out because it truly is funny! And give her a couple of bucks too if you can! Or send her some bait or something! Just help this chick out! WEBSITE NO LONGER UP AND RUNNING WEEK 33'S PASS THE BUCKER... SAVE SHELA! This week's "pass the bucker" is a lovely Canadian named Shela. Shela is an aspiring musician who says she is weighed down by debt and is asking for your help. But what makes Shela cool is that she "rapped" her plea to be a "pass the bucker" to me. And how can you not love a chick who raps? Think Salt-N-Pepa. Think Eve. And of course think Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes from TLC (Yo Yo R.I.P. Girl!) THERE ARE TWO THIS WEEK! So this week I decied to pick two people. The first is kind of fun, and the second is very serious. SAVE MY HAIR @ SHINY NOGGIN.COM! Okay, so this guy is losing his hair and wants to get hair replacement surgery because apparently he isn't comfortable being bald. But what he doesn't realize is that, George Castanza aside, a lot of bald men can be attractive. Look at Michael Jordan. Look at Montel Williams. And no you don't have to African American to pull it off. Look at that guy on The Shield. He's white and is as bald as they come! AND he just won an Emmy and a Golden Globe. So he's bald AND successful. But I understand about vanity. And I don't know how the shiny noggin dude feels because I'm not a man losing my hair. So I'm going give him some loot. He had enough guts to put up his web page, and who am I to judge? I spent $20,000 on clothes and bikini waxes after all... So help a bald guy out! Give him some cash if you can! About three years ago, Jacqui and her friends were in a car that was hit by a drunk driver. Two of her friends died, but Jacqui's life was spared. She was however burned on over 60% of her body. I encourage you to go to her website and read her story. When you are there, click where it says "Download PDF" to get the whole story from beginning to end with pictures. HelpJacqui.com has been set up to collect money to help with Jacqui's living and medical expenses. You can't donate to her through PayPal, but you can send money directly to her bank account. When you read a story like Jacqui's, you become aware of how precious life is, and how lucky we all are just to be alive and healthy. Even if you have no money to send, I encourage you to send a card or letter of encouragement. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. If you get all looped up and can't get home, then call a cab. Take the bus. Go to sleep in your back seat or something. But whatever you do, don't drive. It's irresponsible and it's selfish. One day while standing in line at Subway he realized that he was flat broke. Jared wasn't there to "spot" him, and well, and all hell (I mean heck) broke loose. And so he decided to start a website to help raise some much-needed funds for seminary school. Now, Zach was all worried that I wouldn't pick him because I made an "anti-holy-roller" comment last week. But I'm not against holy rollers. I'm just against those Jerry Falwell-type judgmental holy rollers. I am all for a young man in the seminary. So his website is funny, so please check it out. And I'm going to give him some cash. And if you could spare it and afford to send a few bucks his way too, then that would be grand! WEBSITE NO LONGER UP AND RUNNING WEEK 29'S PASS THE BUCKER... THERE ARE TWO! So I feel bad about last week's pass the bucker being a kid who needs to get laid, and I received lots of nasty e-mails from people saying that they didn't like my choice. So, to make up for it, I have chosen two people this week! FOR GINA! The first website is a little different. Gina was a 20-year-old mother of two young boys who was found murdered near her home in Henderson, NV. The police don't have any suspects in the slaying, and her two boys will have to grow up without their mother. Her family started this website to both raise reward money to give to anyone who has information that leads to the arrest and conviction of her killer, as well as to raise money to put in a college tuition fund for the boys. You can give to whichever fund you want. I'm opting for the tuition fund. www.forgina.com HELP PAY OFF CREDIT CARDS! Okay so this next lady might have tried to bribe me with a Louis Vuitton purse a while ago to be the the next "Pass the Bucker", but I didn't fall for it! And I don't hold it against her. Meet Maria. Maria has a husband and two sons, ages 7 and 8. Maria has about $18,000 in credit card debt and needs to get an operation for her 8-year-old son. And she sent me a picture of both her kids and they are so cute! (Not like I wouldn't want to help them if they were funny lookin'...) But anyway, her husband lost his insurance for some reason, so she and her two boys don't have any. There's lots of stuff about angels on Maria's site, but she's assured me that she's no holy-roller. Holy-rollers are fine, but who's that one guy? Oh yeah, Jerry Falwell. He creeps me out. Those kind of holy rollers gots to go! And that's coming from a nice Catholic girl. So anyway, back to Maria. This self-proclaimed computer geek is a 22-year-old guy who lives at home with his parents on Staten Island. But let's be honest... chicks don't dig guys who live at home, so he's having quite a problem getting some action. And what's more important than getting a little nookie every now and then? It makes people smile! It keeps them healthy! So this geek created a website to try and raise money so he can move out and BUY a house. I suggest he takes the first $1,000 he makes and gets an apartment. So help him out! He's been having quite a dry spell lately... www.helpageekgetlaid.com WEEK 27'S PASS THE BUCKER... RESCUE STEPH! Stephanie is in her 30s, and married with two kids. She was diagnosed with cancer back in March, now is cured, but owes $15,000 in medical bills. BUT LISTEN... a few WEEKS ago, Stephaine sent me an email asking for help. But I just opened the email a few DAYS ago because I'm a bit overwhelmed in the email department. So I'm reading the email and checking out her website, and noticed that Stephanie BAD-MOUTHED me saying that I ruined her Christmas because I didn't choose her to pass the buck too. WEBSITE NO LONGER UP AND RUNNING WEEK 26'S PASS THE BUCKER... SAVE OUR MOVIE! Okay, this is cool. Before I start, let me tell you that these dudes are from Brooklyn. SO, BROOKLYN'S IN THE HOUSE! (I'm so white, I can barely pull that off.) Okay, now down to business. These two guys are name Paul and Charlie and they are filmmakers. They already shot this movie called "Atlantic City Serenade" and spent $30,000 doing so. They paid for that part. But they don't have any more money and need $25,000 to finish the movie. That's where you and I come in. THIS IS THE COOL PART... if you give them money to help them finish their film, your name will GO IN THE CREDITS! How fun is that? So if you give them a buck or two that doesn't really matter to you, you can get the enjoyment of one day seeing your name in the credits of a real movie! The other kids at school make fun of Annie and call her names. And there's nothing worse than that when you are 10 years old. I know it sounds mean, but I'd like to trip kids like that.
